STANDARD CAKE FLAVOURS:

All cakes are made from scratch using my tried and true recipes. With a strong focus on quality, I only use the best organic / natural ingredients, supplied by small businesses, most of which are BC local!

These cakes are a great option if you have picky palates to please, or if you want a more budget friendly cake. Never lacking in flavour or quality, 80% of the cakes I make are standard flavours!

CHOCOLATE

Buttercream Suggestion: Hazelnut or chocolate

Rich, fudgy chocolate cake. Made with semi-sweet chips and hints of coffee to enhance the cocoa flavour. Delicious and dark, this chocolate cake won't disappoint. Don't forget the milk!

VANILLA BEAN

Buttercream Suggestion: Lemon

Light and fluffy, this isn't your typical dense vanilla cake. I have worked for over a year to perfect this recipe. Flavoured with vanilla bean paste, all those little black specs you see are a warm flavor explosion! You don't have to travel to Madagascar to get this kind of experience.

COCONUT

Buttercream Suggestion: Pineapple

Skip the plane and enjoy a taste of paradise in the comfort of your home. This delicious coconut cake is swimming in flavour from my house made coconut infused buttermilk. Light and fluffy, this is what heaven tastes like. Just don't forget the sunscreen.

LEMON

Buttercream Suggestion: Lavender

Pucker up! This cake is a lemon explosion. Infused with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest from locally grown lemons here in Langley, BC, this is a sure crowd pleaser, especially when it’s warm outside.

FUNFETTI

Buttercream Suggestion: Vanilla

A dessert for all ages! My delicious vanilla bean cake loaded with rainbow sprinkles. This cake is always a fun surprise when you cut into it and see the burst of colors. Feed your inner child!

ALMOND

Buttercream Suggestion: Vanilla or Maple

You'll love my homemade almond cake. This inviting cake is loaded with almond flavour, it's a great choice for the picky eaters. Just like grandma used to make it.

Premium cake flavours are for the cake lovers who want to enjoy a big slice (or two) to themselves. These cakes are made with unique ingredients which will elevate your taste buds. For this reason, they also require additional prep and time to make. 

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT

This combination will tempt your taste buds. My rich chocolate cake paired up with a chocolate hazelnut swiss meringue buttercream. It is a smooth, silky, lightly sweetened mouthful. A confectionary masterpiece.

VANILLA HAZELNUT

Who ever said blondes have more fun? The vanilla version my delicious chocolate hazelnut combination. My fluffy vanilla bean cake, baked to perfection, complemented by my vanilla hazelnut swiss meringue buttercream. Made with the finest ingredients, this cake is utterly divine.

VANILLA SPICE

Now don't be mistaken when you read spice cake. This is my vanilla spice cake, one that has become increasingly popular this past year. This is the lighter, fluffier version of a spice cake, with a heavy set of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to taste. Many have tried to mimic this combo, but you've tried it first here, and this is a flavour you won't forget.

MAPLE VANILLA SPICE

Very similar to the Vanilla Spice cake described above - but this is paired with a maple swiss meringue buttercream that has been flavoured with real organic maple syrup grown here in Canada! Let's just skip dinner and go straight to dessert.

VANILLA ALMOND

One of my favourite combinations. It's a classic, but sophisticated mouthful of delight. This fluffy cake is generously infused with vanilla bean and almond paste to give it a delicious, warm flavor with some subtle nuttiness in the background. Paired with either a vanilla or almond swiss meringue buttercream, it will be the sublime of desserts to conclude your next gathering.

LEMON EARL GREY

A sophisticated flavor profile guests of all ages will enjoy. Traditionally, when enjoying Earl Grey Tea, the British would put a thin slice of lemon in their tea cup to infuse a light citrus flavor. The primary flavoring in Earl Grey Tea, Bergamot, is a type of citrus fruit with similarities to the Meyer Lemon. I use organic Earl Grey Tea imported from the UK, and freshly grown lemons to truly make this a dessert that's good to the last bite.

LEMON LAVENDER

A culinary masterpiece that awakens your taste buds. My refreshing Lemon Cake paired with a floral infused, silky, lavender swiss meringue buttercream. This cake will please even the most discriminating palate.

PUMPKIN SPICE

All I can say, is there is nothing basic about this cake. A truly delicious dessert, my pumpkin spice cake is loaded with flavour from organic pumpkin puree and aromatic fall time spices. This cake is dense, but incredibly moist, and doesn't last long in our house at all. Paired with a cream cheese swiss meringue buttercream, your guests request this dessert next time they visit.

CARROT CAKE

Spoil yourself with my famous carrot cake. Highly requested, this incredibly moist cake will make even the carrot cake haters turn a new leaf. Made with freshly grated organic carrots, seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and clove, this cake is moist and when enjoyed in cupcake form, I would suggest ordering 2 per person. Pairing excellently with my cream cheese swiss meringue buttercream, the hunt for the perfect dessert is over.

COFFEE CAKE

An old fashion favourite modernized with a twist. Light and fluffy, this full flavour cake is bursting with espresso notes. Soaked in fresh organic coffee before assembling, I personally enjoy it with a caramel swiss meringue buttercream. Enjoy your grande caramel macchiato but with a fork.
