At Vanilla Bean, we love being part of the community that supports us.

Throughout the year, we receive many requests to contribute to local schools, fundraisers, community events, teams, charitable initiatives, and other wonderful causes. While we truly wish we could say yes to every request, the number of requests we receive means that unfortunately, we aren't able to support them all.

To help us keep everything organized and make sure each request has the information we need, please submit your donation request using the form below.

Before You Submit

Please provide as much information as possible about your organization, event, or fundraiser, including the date of your event and what type of donation you're requesting.

You're also welcome to attach a flyer, sponsorship package, letter, or PDF with additional details.

Donation availability is limited and often fills up quickly. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only contact you if we are able to support your request. Thank you so much for thinking of Vanilla Bean and for understanding that we're unable to respond individually to every submission.
