    • Pick up: June 12-13: Australia vs. European Playoff Winner, cut off June 10

    • Pick up: June 17-18: Canada vs. Qatar, cut off June 15

    • Pick up: June 20-21: New Zealand vs. Egypt, cut off June 18

    • Pick up: June 23-24: Canada vs. Switzerland, cut off June 21

    • Pick up: June 25-26: New Zealand vs. Belgium, cut off June 23
